At YOGYA, we take your health privacy as seriously as your wellness. This policy explains how we handle your data in our "Privacy-First" local application.

1. On-Device Storage

By default, all your personal data—including your name, birth date, Prakruti questionnaire answers, and analysis history—is stored exclusively on your device. Yogya does not "phone home" with your personal health profile.

2. Information Collection

We do not collect personal information unless you explicitly choose to create a cloud account. If you remain a Guest: No personal health data is stored on our servers.

3. Data Backup & Sync

Creating an account activates a secure backup, allowing your profile to be encrypted and saved on our servers. This is completely optional.

4. Third-Party Services

Yogya uses Clerk for secure authentication and infrastructure providers like Supabase or Vercel. These services may collect technical identifiers (like IP addresses), but they NEVER have access to your personal health questionnaire answers.

5. Your Control & Deletion

The "Delete My Account" feature in your profile performs a complete cleanup: it wipes all profile info, answers, and analysis results from your device. It also permanently deletes your synced profile and health analysis from our servers, giving you full control over your data.

Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.

How to Delete:

Log in to the Yogya app
Go to your Profile page
Click the "Delete My Account" button
Type DELETE to confirm

Data deleted includes: Name, Email, Birth Date, Prakruti test answers, and all personalized recommendations. This action is irreversible.
